I began my real estate career in Middlesex County in 1989, earned my broker designation in 1996, and have been representing sellers and buyers with specialized residential expertise for almost 33 years. While maintaining my geographic specialization in Metuchen, Edison, Woodbridge Township and surrounding communities, I have expanded my focus to neighboring counties, including, Union, Monmouth, Ocean and Somerset.
I offer a professional soft sell approach to real estate, empowering my clients by listening carefully and understanding each specific need. This enables me to ensure that clients are satisfied with the results achieved whether buying or selling a home. It's not about the real estate transaction, but ensuring as smooth a process as possible for buyer and seller.
As a result most of my clients are repeat customers and their referrals to friends and family. I also work closely with a number of builders who appreciate my passion for their projects. Based on my effective representation of their new home developments, these builders consistently provide referral opportunities.
